This is a rare and valuable American Merchants Union Express Company bond from 1869 featuring the signatures of Fargo, Knapp, Ross, and others. The bond is a great addition to any collection of antique railroad memorabilia and represents the history of transportation in America. Signed by William Fargo as president, EP Ross as treasurer, and Knapp as secretary. Stamp and pen cancelled, and punch hole through the secretary’s signature.
