Adams and the secretary (illegible). Punch and stamp cancelled. Black border and print, fancy title with Colorado state seal vignette. Printed by Collier & Cleaveland, Denver. 4.75 x 9 Pinholes, discoloration on left border. According to Poors Manual of Railroads (1887), the railroad’s line extended from a point on the Denver, South Park & Pacific Railroad near London Junction to the London Hill mines, a distance of 7.5 miles. Built by the London, South Park, & Leadville RR Co. With support from Union Pacific. Willard Teller was a pioneer (and distinguished) lawyer in Colorado and brother to HM Teller, Colorado senator and banking figure.
