1896 Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company – General Henry W. Signed by Henry Walton Wessells. He was a Union general. Graduated from West Point in 1833 and served in the Seminole and Mexican wars. During the Civil War Wessells was wounded at Fair Oaks and named brigadier general of volunteers in 1862. After the war he was brevetted brigadier general for war service, remained in the regular army, and served in the West until he retired in 1871. This is also signed by two 3rd Cavalry officers.
