This is an old stock certificate from The Belden & Tennal Mining Company of Colorado, issued to (illegible) for 5,000 shares at Denver, Colorado on July 8, 1876 and signed by President D. Belden and Secretary Henri R. This company operated in the Central City Mining District, and this certificate was issued while Colorado was still a Territory – just barely, it became a state less than a month later. You will receive the exact certificate shown, #89. Condition is very good with a bit of wrinkling- see scan. Mailed in an envelope with plastic sleeve and stiff cardboard for protection.
