This original Chinese Reorganization Gold Loan of 1913 Bond Certificate is over 115 years old and in perfect, mint condition with no tears, stains or discolorations. It features superb graphics including three exceptional vignettes; outstanding quality engraved printing by Waterlow & Sons, London; and test in four languages. The original 43 coupons are printed on the reverse. Certificate measures approximately 13in x 18in (33.02cm x 45.72cm). The loan was authorized by Presidential Order of April 22, 1913 officially communicated by the Wai Chiao Pu to the Ministers in Peking of Great Britain, Germany, France, Russia, and Japan.
