Miller, Francis Seiberling, J. It took over the plant of the Stein Double Cushion Tire Co. And from an original production of 20 tires a day, built its output to 1500 tires and 2200 inner tubes daily. In 1925, the officers were S. Miller, president and general manager; Francis Seiberling, vice president; R. McCloskey, secretary and comptroller and J. There are 10 binders (a few were added after the photos were taken) which date from 1916 through 1929. They are as follows. 1916 (Green Certificates with a Canoe) Common Stock #501-625 Complete w/125 certificates. 1922 (Orange Certificates with a Canoe) Preferred Stock #1-249 Complete w/249 certificates. 1922 (Blue Certificates with a Canoe) Common Stock #251-486 Not Complete w/123 certificates. 1922 (Brown Certificates with a Canoe) Preferred Stock #251-500 Not Complete w/114 certificates. 1928 (Green Certificates with an Indian) Common Stock #AC504-AC696 Not Complete w/21 certificates. 1928 (Green Certificates with a Canoe) Common Stock #626-875 Complete w/250 certificates. These books have been together for 85 years and we have chosen not to break them up. They were retrieved from the original Mohawk Rubber buildings some 40 years ago by a worker on the demolition team who saved them from the dumpster.
