United States Home Building stock issued to and signed by Sidney H. Woodruff as president in 1911. This was before Woodruff developed Hollywoodland and built the Hollywood sign. Land later fell off the famous sign which just celebrated it’s 100th anniversary. Great vignette of stately mansions with horse carriages in front.
