The bond is dated March 30, 1909. The company was incorporated in the Territory of Arizona, County of Mohave in 1907. Nice low numbered bond, #2. The bond was issued to John P Wilson the President of the mine and he signed the bond. He was general counsel to the World’s Columbia Exposition. Corporate seal has a raised horseshoe at its center.
